What is The JUMP Rewards Card?
The JUMP Rewards Card is a universal gift card from The Gift Card Boutique. It can be exchanged at The Gift Card Boutique for original gift cards from hundreds of popular stores, hotels, theaters, restaurants and more.

Please note: JUMP Rewards Cards are redeemable at The Gift Card Boutique and cannot be used on the websites or in the stores of companies represented on The Gift Card Boutique. JUMP Rewards Cards are not redeemable for cash or JUMP Rewards Cards. Promotions are not valid when redeeming JUMP Rewards Cards. JUMP Rewards Cards never expire.

How can the JUMP Rewards Cards be delivered?
JUMP Rewards Cards can be delivered by email or mail.

How do I spend/redeem a JUMP Rewards Card?
Step 1:  Select the gift card(s) or certificate(s) you would like. You can buy one or more from the hundreds of vendors available on the site. As you add gift cards or certificates to your shopping cart, we will automatically deduct the certificate amount from your available JUMP Rewards Card balance.
Step 2:  When you checkout, enter your JUMP Rewards Card redemption code in the indicated area and the amount of your JUMP Rewards Card is applied to your order total. If the order amount is greater than your JUMP Rewards Card value, we will ask for your credit card to cover the balance. Checkout is complete when you receive your Order Confirmation.
Step 3:  The Gift Card Boutique will email or mail the gift cards or certificates you selected.

Can I use my JUMP Rewards Card in a merchant's store or on its website?
No. The JUMP Rewards Card must be redeemed on the The Gift Card Boutique website or by calling Customer Service. Then you will receive your merchant gift card/certificate, which you can then take into a store or use on its website depending on the merchant. 

What if I can't find a denomination that matches my JUMP Rewards Card value?
You can use any combination of cards or certificates to match or exceed the value of your JUMP Rewards Card. If you go over the value of your JUMP Rewards Card you can pay the balance with a credit card. You don't have to spend your JUMP Rewards Card all at once, but can return to the site to redeem the rest later. 

How can I determine my JUMP Rewards Card balance?

Do I have to pay for shipping when I redeem my JUMP Rewards Card balance?
Each JUMP Card comes with one pre-paid shipping amount. If a partial balance is redeemed, this amount is applied to cover the shipping cost. Subsequent shipping costs may be covered by the remaining JUMP Card balance or by credit card.
