JUMP Cards are redeemable at www.thegiftcardboutique.com for gift
certificates of merchants listed on the website. The JUMP Cards cannot be used
on the websites or in the stores of any of The Gift Card Boutique participating
merchants. JUMP Cards may also be redeemed by calling 1-866-387-8073 if a
person does not have Internet access. If the amount of your purchase is greater
than the value of your JUMP Cards, your credit card will be charged for the
excess amount. Promotional JUMP Cards may have shorter expiration periods than
regular JUMP Cards and are not subject to replacement. Promotions are not valid
when redeeming JUMP Cards. JUMP Cards are not valid for prior purchases and are
redeemable only by residents of Canada.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted
that does not verify with a customers financial institutions may cause

change. Preferred One Inc., owner of The Gift Card Boutique, makes no guarantee
that the merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant will be
available at all times. The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of
the merchant’s gift certificate(s) redeemed with the JUMP Cards. Preferred One
Inc. is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any
merchant's gift certificate. Preferred One Inc. is not responsible for
merchants that are no longer in business or that change their locations. The
merchant locations listed at this site are listed as a guide only and Preferred
One Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Preferred One
Inc. does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, product, or
content of any merchant.
The Gift Card Boutique does not ship to international addresses.
Orders with a certificate value of more than $250.00 must be shipped via
Purolator. Purolator deliveries may not be sent to a Post Office Box. Emailable
and physically shipped certificates are subject to the same verification rules,
which could prevent an emailable certificate from being sent the same day as
the day of order. All orders are subject to a verification process, and any
information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial
institutions may cause delays. Preferred One Inc. is not responsible for orders
that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete
The JUMP Card or gift card package is delivered by Purolator (signature
required) within 48 hours of payment confirmation of your order. The cost for
shipping and handling is $10.00.
Canada Post shipping by general mail delivery is available at a cost of $2.
Cards will arrive within 7 business days. Preferred One Inc. is not responsible
for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information or
misdirection by Canada Post. The purchaser will be responsible for any
additional shipping costs involved in re-shipping returned packages.
Notification of any problem with your order must occur immediately upon receipt
of your order.
Please Note: Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST in order to be processed
on the same day. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next
business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next

Given the cash-like nature of gift cards, Preferred One Inc. is unable
to accept returns for any reason other than a damaged gift card. Preferred One
Inc. will, however, evaluate justifiable situations on a per-case basis in an
effort to provide our customers with the best experience
possible. If you have received the wrong gift certificates due to an
error by The Gift Card Boutique or Preferred One Inc., you can exchange those
gift certificates. Please call us at 1.866.387.8073 x2226 to speak with
Customer Service agent and we will make arrangements with you to exchange the

Preferred One Inc. will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or
stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's
shipping location within 13 days of the shipment date, Preferred One Inc. may
cancel and replace such order, provided the holder submits to Preferred One
Inc. a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate within 60 days
of the shipment date. Upon receipt of such affidavit and provided a balance
remains on the certificate(s) from such order, Preferred One Inc. will initiate
a review process. The certificate may or may not be replaced, depending upon
the outcome of such review. Preferred One Inc. will not replace any lost or
stolen certificates if the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate was not
received within the 60-day period. To initiate the investigation, the customer
should call 1-866-387-8073
It is Preferred One Inc.'s policy to respect the privacy of its
customers and of personal electronic communication. Preferred One Inc. will not
share a customer's email address or other specific personal information (e.g.
name, address, age) for marketing purposes without such customer's consent.
Preferred One Inc. reserves the right to cooperate fully with provincial,
local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any content
(including personal or private electronic communication transmitted on The Gift
Card Boutique) or purported unlawful activities of any customer.
The Gift Card Boutique uses the industry standard security protocol
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encode sensitive information (such as your credit
card number) that passes between you and The Gift Card Boutique. SSL makes your
online purchases extremely safe - just as secure as using your credit cards
anywhere else. The Gift Card Boutique is continuously reviewing new ways to
improve security and encryptions.
