What is The Gift Card Boutique?

The Gift Card Boutique is the one stop shopping center for gift cards from over 200 of the finest retailers, hotels, restaurants, entertainment companies, and much more. You can also give the perfect gift every time by letting recipients choose their own gift with the JUMP Rewards Card, a universal gift card redeemable through The Gift Card Boutique for any retailer gift cards/cards or certificates.

How can I order a gift card from The Gift Card Boutique?

You can conveniently place orders online or to order by telephone, simply dial The Gift Card Boutique (1.866.387.8073) and you will be connected to a Gift Card Boutique Personal Shopper who will take your order.

Is it safe to order over the Internet from The Gift Card Boutique? 

Yes. Your credit card information can only be submitted via our secure server. 

How do I determine if a Gift Card Boutique retail partner has store locations near my intended recipient? 
 
Both our toll-free telephone number and our web site allow you to quickly and easily identify the store locations of any participating merchants in Canada. When you call the toll-free number, simply ask our customer service representative whether a particular merchant has a location in a certain city, postal code, area code, or region. 

What if a gift card is lost or stolen? 
Because gift cards are treated like cash by our participating merchants, The Gift Card Boutique will be unable to replace gift cards if they are lost or stolen after delivery.

If I receive a gift card from The Gift Card Boutique, can I exchange it for one of the other participating merchants? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange gift cards once we have shipped them. 

Can I change my order after I have placed it? 
You have ninety (90) minutes after placing an order to make any changes to your order. However, you can change an order only by calling The Gift Card Boutique and speaking to one of our Personal Shoppers. Pending orders may not be modified on our web site. Electronic cards cannot be cancelled or changed.

How does The Gift Card Boutique deliver orders? 
Orders of either Retailer Gift Cards or JUMP Rewards Cards may be delivered by Purolator courier (signature required) or by Canada Post.
Please Note: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to be processed that business day. Any orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day. For example, an order placed on Sunday should arrive at the recipient destination by Thursday.

What do I do if my question is not answered on the web site?
Just call The Gift Card Boutique (1.866.387.8073) and one of our Personal Shoppers will answer your inquiry. We have Personal Shoppers available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST.
